Tanisha Wright shares her love for her community & for playing Basketball. Although there were problems in the public housing community some of her most valuable lessons came from where she grew up. She describes typical days playing basketball in different communities and how her drive and determination led her to give back to her community and also receive a scholarship to play basketball. Along her journey of playing basketball professionally the impact of her grandmother and close family and friends provided the support she needed to pursue her dreams.
